MINNEAPOLIS, MN— Radisson Hotels & Resorts is launching a Go “SPY kids 2” summer family package in conjunction with the movie “SPY kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams,” which debuts Aug. 7. The package includes a low rate, free breakfast for four, an upgrade to the best available room at check-in, and a collectible “SPY kids 2” Go Pack. The pack, modeled after the movie, has games, a Kodak camera, snacks and more. “The ‘SPY kids 2’ Go Pack was created to add adventure, fun and value for the entire family,” said Deanne Paschke, director of brand management for Radisson. Radisson partnered with Dimension Films for the promotion, available May 23 through Sept. 29, at its hotels and resorts throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. A sweepstakes with two top prizes— a new Isuzu Axiom sport utility vehicle and a seven-day, six-night stay for a family of four at the Radisson Aruba Resort— is also in place. “The SPY kids movies add a lot of fun and surprise to our family Go Package,” said Brian Stage, evp/marketing and sales for Radisson. “The movies are full of adventure and excitement, and they appeal to kids from ages six to 90. Our ‘counterintelligence’ tells us that no matter how busy or demanding your life may be, family time together is a mission worth fighting for.” Radisson is also working with Isuzu, Kodak, the Nabisco Biscuit Division of Kraft Foods, Tonys Pizza and other companies on the promotion.
