ATLANTA The Ritz-Carlton here has added panty hose, a travel-sized bottle of nail polish remover and non-aerosol hairspray to its in-room honor bar selection to cater to the growing number of women business executives staying at the hotel.
“Weve seen a steady rise in the number of traveling women executives,” said Jim McManemon, general manager of the 444-room hotel. “While we have always been sensitive to their concerns about security, and even the types of hangers available in the closet, we wanted to take that a step further by providing the kinds of necessities they often request.” (1/19/01)
