LAS VEGAS— PurchasePro has filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which, among other things, clarifies PurchasePros Sept. 12 announcement of its arrangement with Perfect Commerce. The 8-K also reports PurchasePros filing of a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, which PurchasePro also announced on Sept.12.
