NEWARK, NJ— Six individual hotel loans totaling $145 million have been originated by Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. The financing deals involve the Holiday Inn, Washington, D.C. ($17.5-million acquisition loan); the Courtyard Denver Downtown ($16.8-million refinancing); the Courtyard San Diego Downtown ($26.1-million refinancing); the Ritz Carlton in Pasadena, CA ($54.3-million refinancing); the Salish Lodge in Seattle ($12-million refinancing); and the Hyatt Valencia in Valencia, CA ($18.5-million acquisition loan).
