LAS VEGAS— Provisions, a global purchasing, project management and distribution services company, launched a new comprehensive interior design and purchasing program that offers six distinct interior design schemes. The initiative was designed to provide hotel owners with flexibility and potential cost savings on renovation or new-construction projects. The Preferred Guest Rooms by Provisions interior design package program replaces the Guest Room Solutions program. This new program offers coordinating guestroom, guest bath and guest corridor interior design schemes that feature flexible options to make a unique statement at downtown, suburban or resort locations. “The new schemes are smart, upscale and sophisticated, and of course, they are attractively priced.” said John McDonald, executive director, business development, Provisions. Provisions worked with suppliers, designers and operators to extensively research what is new, what is expected and what will work for a property. Preferred Guest Rooms by Provisions offers design schemes that incorporate a variety of inviting textures, patterns, colors and finishes that are appealing in many combinations, said the company. Provisions achieves cost efficiencies through consolidated volume purchasing, another important feature of the companys services that extends to the Preferred Guest Rooms program. Interior design, product price negotiation and contracting is already completed for the program. This streamlines the entire renovation process, and results in a quick project turnaround.
