Provisions worked with suppliers, designers and operators to extensively research what is new, what is expected and what will work for a property. Preferred Guest Rooms by Provisions offers design schemes that incorporate a variety of inviting textures, patterns, colors and finishes that are appealing in many combinations, said the company. Provisions achieves cost efficiencies through consolidated volume purchasing, another important feature of the companys services that extends to the Preferred Guest Rooms program. Interior design, product price negotiation and contracting is already completed for the program. This streamlines the entire renovation process, and results in a quick project turnaround.
