ATLANTA— Priority Club Rewards, the customer loyalty program of InterContinental Hotels Group, has enrolled more than 21 million members to become the worlds largest hotel loyalty program, according to the company. The program was launched in 1983. “We designed Priority Club Rewards to be the industrys easiest and most valuable program to use,” said Steve Sickel,svp/loyalty marketing, InterContinental Hotels Group. According to Sickel, the success and growth of the program can be attributed to its distinctive offerings, including: no point expiration, no blackout dates on reward nights, fastest way to elite status, Ability to transfer points to any other member and largest rewards catalog. “Weve actually doubled the number of members since 2001,” Sickel said
