Prime Partners With eBags

FAIRFIELD, NJ— Prime Hospitality Corp. has become the first hotel company to partner with eBags, an on-line retailer of bags and accessories, to produce a co-branded store on Prime’s AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites website. Consumers will benefit from eBags’ large selection and convenient service while Prime will benefit from a revenue share of all sales made from the AmeriSuites and Wellesley stores. eBags will also promote the partnership through its e-mail newsletter, which is sent to 650,000 customers and will provide links to the AmeriSuites and Wellesley websites.
