FAIRFIELD, NJ— Prime Hospitality Corp. has assumed management of the Columbus Clarion Hotel & Suites, which is owned by Raj Parikh and Ken Talati of Parikh & Parikh Associates of Maple Shade, NJ. The owners converted the property, formerly the Trueman Club Hotel, into the Clarion Hotel & Suites in February after purchasing the hotel in 2001 and spending approximately $1 million dollars in renovations. The hotel, located at 900 E. Dublin-Granville Road, features 174 guestrooms with 50 suites and nine banquet and meetings rooms totaling 7,500 square feet. The hotel is within 10 minutes of Port Columbus International Airport, downtown Columbus, Ohio State University, the State Capitol, and the Ohio State Fairgrounds and Expo Center.
