Prime Closes Sale Of Buffalo Wellesley

FAIRFIELD, NJ Prime Hospitality Corp. has completed the sale of its Buffalo, NY, Wellesley Inn hotel to Batavia, NY-based Norstar, LLC. The hotel will continue to be operated as a Wellesley Inn under a 20-year franchise agreement.

The 82-unit hotel is located within one half mile of the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. Prime also has several other assets currently under contract or negotiation. (6/1/01)
