Rocklin/Fairfield, CA— Presidio Hotel Group, LLC, a Fairfield, CA based developer and manager of full-service and focused-service hotel properties, announced the acquisition of the Rocklin Park Hotel from Sunny Lions. The 67-room boutique full-service hotel is located at the base of the Sierra Foothills off Interstate 80 in Rocklin, CA. Robert Eaton of Colliers International Hotel Realty represented the seller; Presidio used in-house representation. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The move marks Presidio’s entrance into the boutique hotel market. The hotel has an outdoor pool and whirlpool with foothill views, on-property walking paths, a fitness center & sauna, 3,000 square feet of meeting space, concierge and business services with a 24-hour business center, banquet facilities and a restaurant. Presidio Hotel Group, LLC, specializes in hospitality management and development. Presidio reports that it is developing or acquiring a number of hotel locations for properties located in and between the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento.
