BELLEVUE, WA— Premier Capital Associates, LLC recently closed on two financing transactions in Louisiana totaling nearly $12 million. In one of the deals, Premier arranged $3 million in financing for the 60-room Sleep Inn in Slidell, LA. In the other transaction Premier obtained $8.9 million in order to refinance the 95-key Hampton Inn & Suites in Lafayette, LA.
