Prague Renaissance Hotel Sells For 71M Euro

MCLEAN, VA Molinaro Koger, an international hotel real estate brokerage firm, has successfully structured the 71 million-Euro sale of the Renaissance Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic.

Gestin a.s. of the Czech Republic sold the five-star, 314-room hotel to Hospitality Europe BV, a Dutch firm based in London. The Prague Renaissance is Hospitality Europe s first acquisition of a Marriott-branded hotel. (12/18/00)
