NEW YORK— Christopher Perry has been appointed director/sales and marketing for the Hilton New York effective immediately. His responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of room sales from all key business segments in addition to setting marketing and advertising strategies for the 2,035-room property. A 17-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Perry most recently served as vp/marketing and sales for the Boutique Hotel Group in New York. In previous experience with Hilton Hotels Corp., he was assistant director of sales for the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City and director/marketing and sales for the Atlanta Airport Hilton. He has also held positions with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Savoy Hotels and Resorts, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. and Six Continents Hotels.
