The company is prepared to offer the new technology to its hotel and online travel agency customers during the first quarter of 2003. The technology is designed to ease the strain on hotel central reservations systems by streamlining transactions, helping hotels maximize efficiency from their existing reservations infrastructure. Some of the hotel chains that currently work with the hotel distribution service provider include Carlson, Marriott, and Six Continents Hotels.
