Town Hall Hotel selects suite of Agilysys solutions
Agilysys Inc. hospitality software solutions have been selected by London’s Town Hall Hotel, including Agilysys Stay PMS, Agilysys Sales & Catering, rGuest Express for mobile check-in/out, Agilysys InfoGenesis POS and IG Flex for mobile POS.
The Agilysys integrated solution suite is expected to enable Town Hall Hotel to streamline systems and processes; simplify existing and new staff training; take advantage of robust solution integrations; and provide a single view of each guest, allowing staff to access preferences and itineraries at every interaction.
With modern, easy-to-use interfaces and support for mobile devices, the solutions are expected to help staff spend more time focused on the guest, from check-in to fine dining, while efficiently managing hotel and catering operations.
Enseo ranks 15th on 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators list
Enseo has ranked No. 15 on Fast Company’s 2021 Best Workplaces for Innovators List. The third annual list honors businesses and organizations that demonstrate a deep commitment to encouraging and creating cultures of innovation.
Developed in collaboration with Accenture, the 2021 Best Workplaces for Innovators ranks 100 winners from a variety of industries, including computer science, biotech, consumer packaged goods, nonprofit, education, financial services, cybersecurity and engineering. The 2021 awards feature workplaces from around the world with several of the honorees based outside the U.S.
Enseo has always embraced a culture of innovation and has amassed more than 100 patents for in-room entertainment, smart room automation (IoT), employee safety, and, now, health and safety solutions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Enseo pivoted away from developing its legacy in-room solutions to creating products that help guests feel safe coming back to travel as well as assisting workplaces adapt to continuously changing safety regulations. The suite of contactless solutions has been embraced by businesses looking to instill trust and confidence in a new era of customer service.
WHLA introduces new brand identity, website
The Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WHLA) has launched a new brand identity and website. Inspired by the organization’s longevity and dynamic nature, the modernized look will better represent WHLA’s values and outlook for the future.
Created in partnership with WHLA’s Branding Task Force and designed by Lexie Mallary, its marketing & communications coordinator, the new visual identity communicates the organization’s history and strengths, and the association continues to evolve. The updated branding is a nod to the longevity of the association, as the logo subtly captures the inclusive and dynamic nature of the lodging industry in Wisconsin and WHLA’s ability to adapt over time.
An updated website was introduced at WisconsinLodging.org to reflect the new brand identity and showcase the offerings of WHLA member property and companies. The newly redesigned website features easy-to-navigate pages, while providing members more control over their information and services. The site also better highlights the full suite of services WHLA offers to members including industry advocacy, operational resources and special events.
PPDS reveals three new software partnerships
PPDS has formed three new partnerships with hospitality industry property management system (PMS) integrators Nonius, Nevotek and Imagine Soft, opening more than 100 additional PMS possibilities, all helping hoteliers maximize the full potential of their in-room TVs for advanced and tailored guest experiences.
These powerful new collaborations add extensive experience-enhancing control, management, communication and entertainment capabilities to Philips MediaSuite TVs, running on a bespoke interface that conforms to the customer’s exact needs, requirements and ambitions.
The addition of Nonius, Nevotek and Imagine Soft joining Impala and TigerTMS on its list of partners and bringing the choice of PMS options to a list of around 200.
ICL/International Content Liquidations launches new division
ICL/International Content Liquidations Inc., a fifth generation hospitality liquidation firm is expanding services to the North American hotel and resort industry with the ICL Consultancy division.
The ICL Consultancy will assist clients with providing FF&E inventory valuation management at different stages of the lifecycle and present value statements at requested timeframes. By developing strategic FF&E planning processes, current and future value-tracking schedules for inventories can be determined, monitored and reported at designated times.
When the building owner is ready to optimize their FF&E value, ICL manages the divestiture process and scheduling. ICL assures clients that non-sellable FF&E will be disposed of with environmentally, clean recycling methods. All managed activities will continue to comply with local, state and national COVID compliance procedures.
