Paramount Subsidiary Undertakes Susse Chalet Conversion

ROCKY HILL, CT— Fairfield, NJ-based Paramount Hotel Group affiliate RH Associates LLC has purchased the Susse Chalet here and will shutter the 105-room property for the next three months while Paramount manages the hotel’s renovation and repositioning as a Hampton Inn. The five-story hotel, located five miles south of Hartford, marks the 26th management contract for Paramount Management Associates. Moreover, Paramount CEO David Simon noted the company is continuing its active pursuit of “the acquisition of both limited- and full-service hotels in the U.S.”
