STOWE, VT—PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS)—a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation and a leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems—has expanded its Markham, Ontario, Canada, location to create a hub focused on providing the best spa technology available, according to the company.
The Markham office is already established as the headquarters for SpaSoft Spa Management System. In addition, PAR Springer-Miller has developed a cloud-based spa management system, ATRIO Spa. Created on the ATRIO Guest Experience Management Platform, ATRIO Spa reduces the total cost of ownership (TCO) of spa technology by computing in the cloud, minimizing on-property technology and introducing a user experience that reduces training time and increases staff efficiency and productivity, according to the company.
“We find ourselves in an enviable position with the success of SpaSoft in the marketplace. With our decision to place our new product, ATRIO Spa, in Markham, we now have a truly unique situation to build a spa management and spa operations systems center of excellence. ATRIO Spa will benefit significantly from the decades of experience we have in Markham, and I have no doubt ATRIO Spa will emerge as the number-one, native-cloud spa management application as a result,” commented Larry Hall, president and CEO of PAR Springer-Miller.
