Pandox Acquires Two Hotel Properties

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN— Pandox AB acquired two hotel properties: Mr. Chip located in Kista, Stockholm, and Hotell Hogvakten located in Helsingborg. The acquisition is expected to result in a yield of 9% for the company. Mr. Chip is part of the northern Stockholm hotel market that presently has an occupancy rate of about 67%. The yield from the Hotell Hogvakten hotel property is also estimated at 9%. Hotell Hogvakten is part of the Helsingborg city hotel market, which has an average occupancy rate of approximately 61%.
