Pala Mesa Resort Sold

SAN DIEGO The Chesapeake Hotel Group has purchased the 133-room Pala Mesa Resort from Triple Tree Corp., a Seattle-based company.

The new owner will assume management immediately and will begin a $7 million enhancement, which will include the addition of a full-service spa and country club. (6/1/01)
