BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA Township officials here have closed a deal to lend $200,000 to New Jersey-based Hotels Unlimited. Hotels Unlimited plans to convert a former Econo Lodge hotel to a Ramada Inn after a $2 million renovation of the building and surrounding property.

The loan will be interest free for the first two years, with Hotels Unlimited then paying 3% interest on the remaining balance. (12/19/00)
