HONOLULU Outrigger Hotels and Resorts added three full-service on-site spas. The Outrigger Waikoloa Beach opened the Hawaiian Rainforest Salon & Spa, while the Outrigger Reef on the Beach in Waikiki unveiled the new Serenity Spa. Mauis Outrigger Wailea Resort recently underwent a $25 million renovation that included the addition of the 4,000-square-foot Mandara Spa. (3/1/01)
