ORLANDO, FL— The 2,000-room Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center has unveiled a $100-million resort renovation and expansion. Over $6.5 million was devoted to a complete makeover of the main lobby, which is highlighted by a nine-story atrium. The expansion also includes a brand new martini bar and an outdoor patio. All guest rooms and suites now offer high-speed Internet access, oversized balconies, custom bedding and in room safes. In addition, a brand new 500-room tower was built, complete with 14,000 square feet of meeting space.
