ORLANDO— Winchester Management LLC has purchased the Travelodge Hotel & Conference Center here from Lennar Partners at an undisclosed price. Thompson Calhoun Fair advised Lennar in the disposition of the 337-room property, located in the northwest corner of the Orlando International Airport off the Beeline Expressway and Tradeport Drive. The Travelodge— opened in 1974— features a full-service restaurant and lounge, outdoor pool and whirlpool, fitness center, guest laundry facilities, gift shop, business center and approximately 6,500 square feet of meeting space.
