Opryland Hotel Florida Names Front Services Manager

KISSIMMEE, FL— Opryland Hotel Florida has named Johann Krieger front services manager, according to John Caparella, senior vice president and general manager. In his new position, Krieger will be responsible for all front door operations, which include bellstand, valet, transportation, concierge, guest services and PBX, for the 1,406-room luxury Opryland Hotel Florida, on schedule to open Feb. 2, 2002 in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud Resort Area. Krieger was most recently employed by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort, where he was the complex front services and concierge manager. Krieger’s previous experience includes positions as complex concierge and bell captain.
