On Command Names Dvorak CFO

DENVER— On Command Corp. has named Bernard Dvorak as its chief financial officer. He will assume the job July 8. According to a Reuters report, Dvorak replaces Bill Myers, who resigned at the end of May to become CFO of cable programming company Starz Encore Group. Dvorak will also serve as svp/treasurer Dvoraks recently served as CEO and CFO at Formus Communications, a company focused on building high-speed networks in Europe. He also worked as CFO at Cordillera Communications and UnitedGlobalCom, Inc., as well as a controller for United Cable Television, the report said. Source: Reuters
