On Command Creates Casino/Resorts Division

DENVER AND LAS VEGAS On Command Corp., a provider of in-room interactive entertainment, Internet Services, business information and guest services for the lodging industry, today announced the creation of a new casino and resorts division. Jerry Hodge has been appointed CEO of the newly created division. The casino and resorts division will provide upscale in-room entertainment and business information services to casino and major resort properties around the world. Hodge will be based at the division s new corporate facility in Las Vegas and also will serve as senior vp of On Command Corp. in Denver. Hodge previously served as president/CEO of Hospitality Network, the major provider of in-room entertainment and interactive services to the casino resort industry. (12/6/00)
