NEW YORK—Olshan Properties has named Matthew B. Winn its chief operating officer effective January.
Reporting directly to CEO Andrea Olshan and working closely with her executive team on the overall management of the company, Winn will be responsible for leading the firm’s daily operations and refining its operating policies, procedures and processes. He will also focus on ensuring growth of the company’s platform as well as work to enhance its operational efficiency.
With a career spanning two decades in commercial real estate, Winn most recently served as global retail COO and leader of the retail brokerage platform of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), Americas. There he was responsible for all areas of the business including overall strategy, operations, business development and platform growth.
Winn holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, in art and architectural history.
