HONOLULU, HI—OHANA Waikiki East is debuting newly upgraded guestrooms, part of a recent $2 million refresh.
From new carpeting and paint to new mattresses and bedding, the hotel’s guestrooms feature contemporary island ambiance.
Tom Wakita, corporate director of sales and marketing for OHANA Hotels and Resorts, stated, “Our continued hope is to be able to maximize our guests’ experience and provide them with a memorable stay in paradise.”
Guestrooms feature neutral hues and sandstone accents, as well as bedding with a design of tropical leaves atop Serta Concierge beds and 42-in., flat-screen televisions. Bathrooms were updated with modern handheld showerheads.
The hotel is located near Waikiki Beach, the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium and a short drive from the Hawaii Convention Center.
