ALPHARETTA, GA— North Point Hospitality Group is preparing to open a 220-suite SpringHill Suites by Marriott in the Buckhead area of Atlanta within the next 30 days. North Point Hospitality, developer of the property, also owns and will operate the Marriott franchise. In addition to the Marriott SpringHill Suites in Buckhead, North Point Hospitality will also soon open the 79-room boutique-style DoubleTree Hotel in Alpharetta and the 135-room Garden Hotel in Savannah, GA. The estimated value of the three current projects under development is $54 million, according to the company.
