WILLIAMSBURG, VA— Kingsmill Resort has promoted Dennis Noonan to director of sales and conference services. In this new position, Noonan will be responsible for the resorts conference services including the conference planner group, conference concierge operations and creative events. He will continue to manage Kingsmills sales team. Noonan has served as the resorts director of sales since 1996. Currently, Noonan is the president-elect of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association Internationals (HSMAI) Virginia chapter. Busch Properties, the real estate subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch, operates the Kingsmill Resort and Conference Center and Kingsmill on the James, a 3,600-acre, gated residential community. The resort houses 400 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, the full-service Spa at Kingsmill, a 15-court tennis center, a full-service marina, three restaurants and a sports club.
