BERLIN, GERMANY— Guy Hands, managing director of the Principal Finance Group for Nomura International plc, has been named to serve as chairman of the Fifth Annual International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF). In addition to his role as the head and founder of the Nomura’s Principal Finance Group, last year Hands was elected a Global Leader of Tomorrow of the World Economic Forum. He also serves as president of “Access for Excellence,” a campaign based at Mansfield College, Oxford, which promotes broadened access to higher education.
