NEW YORK—The Nolitan Hotel will open here August 1.
Located in the Nolita district on Kenmar and Elizabeth Streets, the boutique hotel is owned by Veracity Development and will offer low-key luxury.
Designed by Grzywinski+Pons, the ground floor of the hotel features a glass façade as well as floor-to-ceiling windows in its 55 guestrooms. Guestrooms also include 37-inch HD televisions, luxury mattresses, in-room gaming systems and iPod-enabled stereo systems. Certain rooms also feature private balconies.
The propertys lobby lounge offers a library and a sunken seating area with a double-height ceiling as well as Ellabess, a new signature restaurant showcasing Austrian white oak floors and a white Carerra marble bar. The Nolitans rooftop offers 2,400 square feet of deck space with landscaping, a fireplace and seating configured for parties or special events.
