SCHAUMBURG, IL—Privately held Noble Investment Group has opened the Hyatt Place Chicago/ Schaumburg here. The 127-room Hyatt Place is a conversion that provided the hotel with substantial hotel improvements throughout all guestrooms, public areas and 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The traditional lobby was reconfigured into the Hyatt Place Gallery, featuring Hyatt self-service kiosks, Hyatt bar/cafe, e-room providing Wi-Fi Internet access, and meals available 24/7 served in the Guest Kitchen. Guestrooms feature a media and work center with 42-inch, flat-panel HDTVs, contemporary décor, stylish furnishings, and the Hyatt Grand Bed. Bob Morse, managing principal/COO said, “Our team is now charged with taking this quality asset and quickly growing revenue market share and profit margins through the execution of Noble’s property management team.” Jason Dinkins has been named general manager of the property and Paulina Mach has been named director of sales and marketing.
