SEATTLE—Noble House Hotels & Resorts promoted Chris Gautier to chief operations officer, in charge of strategic planning as well as aspects of day-to-day operations.
“Chris is a long-term Noble House Hotels & Resorts associate who has climbed the ranks, proving himself dedicated to guests, hotel owners and our associates,” stated Mike Benecke, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts. “His start in operations, combined with his revenue management experience, will help drive NOI, as well as operational excellence and service-focused hospitality.”
With more than 24 years of experience, Gautier has held multiple management positions throughout his career, including rooms director, general manager, director of revenue, regional director and VP of revenue management, with expertise in repositioning, takeovers and opening new hotels.
Prior to Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Gautier worked for Aston Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Joie de Vivre Hotels.
Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Ltd. was founded in 1979 by owner Patrick R. Colee as a commercial property development group. Officially transitioned in 1994, the corporation owns and manages 17 properties.
