LONDON— As promised by NH Hoteles back in November, the 468-room, five-star Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam has become the first in the Netherlands to take the NH brand. In addition, the NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky slots into NH Hoteles NH Gold Collection category, reserved for those hotels sited in landmark buildings and one of three categories into which all the companys hotels will be placed over the next eight months. NH Hoteles expects to re-brand all of its hotels in the Netherlands by the end of June, at a cost of approximately €5 million (US $4.5 million), as part of its ongoing strategy to establish NH as its pan-European flagship brand.
