BRADENTON, FL— A 78-room Econo Lodge here has been sold by Aum-Shiva to Walker Hotels— a New York City-based investor— for $2.65 million. Aum-Shiva owned the property since 1986. The property was traded at a 13% cap rate, and the price-per-room amounted to $34,000. According to the Central Florida offices of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co., facilitators of the sale, the buyer secured the loan with SBA with 15% down.
