TACOMA, WA— The Silver Cloud Inn along the Ruston Way waterfront opened March 1 and already all rooms are booked for the Fourth of July with a waiting list for the Fourth in 2003. Construction began more than two years ago and cost $15 million. The Silver Cloud chain, with 13 properties in Washington and Oregon, is owned by Roberta and Jim Weymouth of King County.
