CHANTILLY, VA— A new 142-room Staybridge Suites recently opened here. Called the Staybridge Suites Chantilly-Dulles Airport, the hotel is owned by Artee & Associates, LLC and managed by Axar Hotels, LLC, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group. With the addition of the Staybridge Suites Chantilly-Dulles Airport, the brand’s 78th property, there are now three Staybridge Suites hotels with nearly 400 guestrooms in the state of Virginia. The grand opening of the $15 million Chantilly hotel closely follows the launch of a new Staybridge Suites in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Guests at the new 93,000-square-foot hotel can choose from three suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites feature work stations with ergonomic seating; fully equipped kitchens; and two-line speaker phone with voicemail and direct dial access. High-speed Internet access is also available at no charge. The hotel offers a number of complimentary amenities including guest laundry and workout facilities; shuttle service; and breakfast buffet. Additionally, the hotel has an indoor pool; jogging trail; and a 24-hour business services center. There are also nightly “Sundowner” receptions with refreshments.
