MIAMI— The Clinton Hotel, an 88-room, Art Deco-styled boutique hotel located in South Beach, is set to debut this July. The property, originally built in 1930, is currently undergoing a $12 million renovation. New amenities will include such things as private whirlpool tubs in the 30-plus suites; sunning beds at the hotels spa pool; an upscale boutique and restaurant; an Italian espresso bar; and gift shop. All guestrooms and suites will feature custom-designed furniture and fittings by the hotels architect/designer Eric Raffy. It is being developed by Simon Nemmi, a 25-year veteran of the fashion and real estate industries who co-owns the hotel with Francois Chateau, a New York attorney with experience in the fashion and entertainment fields.
