VENICE, ITALY— The San Clemente Palace opened its doors here April 15. Located on the private 17-acre island of San Clemente, the resort was formerly a 12th century monastery. The San Clemente Palace offers 205 guestrooms and suites and features four restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool, a park and gardens. Additionally, there are two tennis courts, a three-hole golf course, conference and meeting facilities, a business center, and a “beauty and wellness” club. The resort is accessed by shuttle boat and is near many of Venice’s major attractions. It is owned by Turin Hotels International and is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
