SCHAUMBURG, IL— Hostmark Hospitality Group has announced the opening of the Hostmark Grand Seas Resort in Hurghada-Red Sea, Egypt. Hostmark Hotels & Resorts Management, a division of third-party management firm Hostmark Hospitality Group, will manage the resort on behalf of the owner, the Egyptian Ministry of the Interior. The Grand Seas Hostmark Resort has 230 rooms, including three restaurants, two bars, conference center, and a health and fitness club. The property also offers a variety of recreational facilities including a heated swimming pool and children’s pool, a diving center, a windsurf center, private beach and marina, and shopping mall. As owner of the Hostmark Grand Seas Resort, the Egyptian Ministry of the Interior will use the propertys profits to provide financial support to police in Egypt who are either retired or incapacitated by injury or illness, according to Hostmark. Hostmark currently manages three resorts in Egypt and has an additional six under construction.
