New Holiday Inn Debuts In Ann Arbor, MI

ANN ARBOR, MI—The new Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites-Ann Arbor recently opened. The 107-room hotel is owned by Ann Arbor Lodging, L.L.C. and managed by the Koehler Organization under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels The new 66,482-square-foot hotel is smoke-free and features a contemporary décor throughout the lobby and guestrooms. It has an indoor pool, fitness center, business center and complimentary parking. The property is a short drive from the University of Michigan main campus and close to downtown Ann Arbor. There are now 25 Holiday Inn hotels with more than 4,600 guestrooms in the state of Michigan with the addition of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites-Ann Arbor.
