DETROIT— The Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center here has opened the 240-seat RiverCafe, yet another part of the hotel’s $200-million renovation/transformation that was initiated more than two years ago. With the opening of this dining facility, the property is nearing the end of its makeover from a landmark hotel to a luxury meeting and convention destination strategically perched on this Michigan city’s waterfront.
