LAS VEGAS— The Quality Inn Key Largo here opened its doors for the last time today, according to a local report. The 314-key property will be officially shut down today to make way for a new condominium tower and hotel tower that will be developed in its place. The owners of the property have been given permission by the Clark County Planning Commission to construct a 196-foot, 905-unit condo as well as 70-foot, 344-room hotel. It is not known if the Quality Inn’s casino will be torn down or redeveloped.
