LOS ANGELES, CA—The Renaissance Beverly Hills has installed restaurant manager Eddie Rojas and Chef Silvano Merlo, a 12-year Marriott veteran, to oversee Tiara, the hotel restaurant. Under the new chef, the Tiara will offer Mediterranean-inspired dishes with Southern California accents. The menu prices are competitive with area restaurants, with most dishes between $10 and $16. The restaurant, which seats 100 and includes a small bar, is intended to appeal to the local market as well as hotel guests.
