DENVER Zack Neumeyer is stepping down from the presidency of Sage Hospitality Resources to become the new managing director of Sage Ventures, a private equity firm launched in January 2001.

In his new position, Neumeyer will focus on corporate finance and capitalization for Sage Ventures portfolio companies. Staunton Golding, who was instrumental in raising $450 million for Sage Hospitality hotel development and co-founder of Sage Ventures, will also serve as a managing director with Neurmeyer.

Neumeyer will remain with Sage Hospitality Resources as chairman of the board, and Walter Isenberg, Neumeyer s partner of 17 years, will step into the role as president of the company. (4/24/01)
