Neptune Hospitality Advisors Adds Staff

SAN DIEGO— Robb Mac Millan and Stanley Kozlowski have joined Neptune Hospitality Advisors Inc. and svp and vp, respectively. Mac Millan brings more than 23 years of real estate experience with a diverse background in hotel, resort, office, retail, multifamily and land, and has spent the past 15 years in San Diego specializing in hotel sales, financing, and development. He completed more than $600 million in real estate transactions during his tenure with CB Commercial and IPC Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Kozlowski, brings more than seven years of experience in hospitality real estate, and has held positions with Hospitality Valuation Services International, Sonnenblick-Goldman Co., and Insignia/ESG Hotel Partners. During his career he has been involved in the valuation, marketing, sale, and financing of ore than $400 million of hotel real estate.
