SAN DIEGO— Neptune Hospitality Advisors has arranged acquisition and renovation financing on behalf of affiliates of American Property Management Corp. (AMPC) and Milestone Investments for their acquisition of the 293-room Holiday Inn at the Oakland Airport in Oakland, CA. Fremont Investment and Loan provided the financing. The $11.5 million mortgage provides funding for a $3 million renovation. APMC has taken over management of the Holiday Inn and will immediately begin a comprehensive guestroom renovation.
