MCLEAN, VA—Nathalie Corredor has joined Hilton Worldwide as SVP, corporate strategy, based at its global headquarters here.
Prior to joining Hilton, Corredor spent much of her career working in Silicon Valley, most recently at Google as global head of vertical search ad development & sales. In this role, she drove key travel-focused products, including hotel advertising and flight search, and fueled significant sales growth, according to Hilton. She also previously served as Google’s head of sales strategy & operations.
In her new role at Hilton Worldwide, Corredor will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies and initiatives to drive growth and innovation. She will report directly to Kevin Jacobs, EVP & CFO, and will join the company’s senior leadership group.
“[Nathalie] has a proven track record of exceptional results, and her many talents will contribute significantly to our continued efforts to be the industry’s fastest-growing and most innovative company,” said Jacobs.
Before Google, Corredor was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, supporting strategy development for several global clients, including Hilton Worldwide.
“It is an incredibly exciting time at Hilton, and I am thrilled to join their senior leadership team,” said Corredor. “Hilton exhibits some of the best characteristics of a startup, even as a nearly 100-year-old company. They have an outstanding vision, a desire to challenge the status quo, a sense of urgency and an infectious positive energy throughout their culture. The teams I have led all focused on launching fast, thoughtfully testing and iterating, and not being afraid to fail or change direction, and I am looking forward to further encouraging this approach and mindset at Hilton.”
