VIRGINA— The Mumford Co.’s David and Paul Mumford, Bob Spicer and Steve Kirby have combined to sell a two-property, 112-guestroom Super 8 motel package in this state to MAS Enterprises LLC. Marketed at an asking price of just over $3.5 million (which included the mandatory assumption of a $1.67-million balance on an existing loan), the Fredericksburg and Waynesboro properties were formerly owned by Super 8 Motel Developers.
